Specifications include, but are not limited to: Agency has purchased the Alfresco Digital Business Platform and will use that system to replace its existing DMsystem. SI shall: Design, install, configure, test, deliver, and document an on-premises implementation of Alfresco’s Digital Business Platform including: Alfresco Content Services – ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Software Alfresco Process Services – BPM (Business Process Management) Software Alfresco Governance Services – RM (Records Management) Software Alfresco Application Development Framework (ADF) An initial set of requirements have been identified and captured in the Requirements Document and Project Backlog. The project is further eliciting requirements using what is called a Project Backlog. The Project Backlog is dynamic allowing requirements to change, be removed, and new ones added as the project is underway. An initial Project Backlog of work items (including requirements) has been completed. Going forward, the Project Backlog is the authoritative source of all requirements and work to be performed on the project. It is expected the SI will expand upon this as consultations progress through the life of this project. Assist in developing a plan for, and provide oversight of, the migration of all content within the existing DM system into the new Alfresco system. Provide training and mentoring to Agency staff to include the installation, configuration, administration of all Alfresco components. In addition, work with Agency to develop an ‘end user training plan’ using the ‘train the trainer’ approach. Agency intends the above to be a high-level description of the work required, but in no way is it a substitute for SI deliverables identified later in this document.
