Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1. Project Management • Metro & ODOT will create an IGA/MOU to define rolls. • Metro will host two workshops as part of project (referred to throughout the rest of this Scope of Work as “Workshop 1” and “Workshop 2”). Consultant will facilitate the workshops, provide materials and summarize takeaways. o Workshop 1. Methodologies o Workshop 2. Application of Methodologies • All tasks described below to be completed by consultant unless otherwise noted. Task 2. Corridor Identification The purpose of this task is to assess the set of state-owned arterial highways that might be candidates for jurisdictional transfer Task 2.1: Inventory Prepare a one-page “atlas” for each state-owned highway within the Metro area that is not a freeway (I-84, I-5, I-205, I-405, US26 west of I-405 and OR-217). The atlas will be explicit about jurisdictional boundaries and roadway classifications. • Deliverables: Prepare atlas in two formats: a report suitable for electronic distribution and a presentation suitable for use with audiences such as TPAC. Deliver a draft version of each deliverable and a final version responding to a single, unified set of comments compiled by Metro staff. Develop project fact sheets and content for project website including map of corridors and project timeline. • Schedule: TBD • Agency roles and responsibilities: ODOT will provide geospatial data for mapping of highways. Metro will facilitate the review of draft deliverables, including the distribution of draft deliverables and the collection, compilation, reconciliation and delivery of comments. Metro will publish project website and print copies of fact sheets. Task 2.2 Update Roadway Classifications Prepare Recommendation to Oregon Transportation Commission to consider updates to Oregon Highway Plan functional classifications based on the work completed in Task 2.1
