The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: typical phased tenant improvements in an 8am to 5pm occupied office building including selective demolition and reconstruction (Patching & Painting) of interior partition walls. Broadloom and or carpet tile removal and installation of new owner furnished contractor installed (OFCI) carpet tiles. Power and telecom (low voltage) modifications. General improvements to existing Kitchenettes, including new finishes, casework, countertop and sink replacement and new appliances. General improvements to existing Bathrooms including new finishes, partitions, countertops and sinks. The kitchenette and Bathroom work will coincide with a particular phase of the general office improvements and will be completed at a separate times to minimize disruption of these amenities.
