Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondent must provide all materials for set-up of sales sites (tents, canopies, tables, chairs, linens, displays, point of sale devices. Etc.) on campus. University estimates there will be between 14 and 16 sales sites. The actual number of site locations will be determined by University. Respondent must provide all a variety of flower bouquets and leis for commencement guests to purchase. All products must be sold at reasonable market prices. Respondent must arrange and coordinate transportation and delivery of flowers to sales sites. Respondent must arrange and coordinate staffing of sales sites. University requires successful respondent use fair and equitable hiring practices. University prefers that selected respondent use University college students to staff sales booths. Respondent must remove all materials and products at the conclusion of the event day. Respondent must provide protection for all booths from potential weather. Respondent must provide a guaranteed fee and/or percentage of compensation to the University, based on total gross sales. Payments shall be made to University within 7 days of the completion of the Ceremony along with detailed sales reports (showing sales by booth, by item, by ceremony, by day, etc.). Respondent must comply with University PCI Credit Card Compliance provisions as described in Exhibit C.
