Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Work with city departments to ensure the location and adjacencies of departmental staff will enhance city services to residents and contribute to the efficient flow of work between departments.Acentralized customer service deskon the ground floor of the new building is envisioned.Use the design process to resolve as yet undocumented work flows that this new arrangement will require.•Review previous programmingand if warranted recommend changes to the programming based emerging trends in office space design and on departmental staff interviews factoringthe city’s recent use of telecommuting and how work environments are anticipated to changeas a result of COVID-19.•If future business models assume staff will telecommuteas a normal part of their work schedule, resulting in fewertrips to the facility,adjust parking requirementsaccordingly for the All-in-One facility.•As part of the review of the needs for the parking structure, work with the Tigard Police Department to design and resolvecodeand operations needs related to the movement and storage of department vehicles, personal vehicles and suspects.•As needed, update conceptual floor plansand provide building massing and elevationdiagrams, site plans that meet code requirements, a parking structureground floor and typical floor plan and elevationto a 10% design level. Provide (or include onsite plans)vehicle and pedestrian circulation and accessdiagrams for a general audience.•To help with public outreach and education provide a conceptual design packageeffective for community review and public comment.
