Specifications include, but are not limited to: OCOP is seeking services to lead the development of a strategic public affairs and public messaging campaign to support higher education in Oregon in support of the goal described above. Working in conjunction with the Executive Director of OCOP the scope of work includes but is not limited to: Interviews with key leadership at all seven (7) universities, including presidents, provosts, government relations and communications and marketing teams. Review of existing messages and collateral targeted to campus audiences, key influencers and marketing for recruitment of students, faculty and research. Review of data and documents that are necessary to gain an understanding of stakeholder operations, strategic direction and legislative environment.
