Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate outreach and education for the Council, including managing the OISC website and social media accounts, promoting and advertising OISC activities, and drafting press releases, reports and other materials that communicate awareness and understanding to stakeholders, target audiences and the general public of the threat invasive species to Oregon's economy, environment, and overall quality of life. • Develop and maintain a network with research institutions; county extension offices; local, state, and federal agencies; and non-profit organizations that are at the forefront of education and outreach, reliant on natural resource agencies for up-todate information and resources. Use diverse partnerships, including with the general public, to extend the reach of information to many different audiences. Create a robust infrastructure for disseminating information widely through shared messaging, user-friendly access to resources, and culturally diverse messages • Develop educational materials with network partners to leverage expertise and resources.
