Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor is to provide all equipment, labor and materials necessary to perform the scope of work as defined below and as per the attached drawings and photograph(s), hereto attached as Attachment A and Attachment B respectively. • The existing gutter on the southwest side of the main building is estimated to be 225 feet. • Contractor shall remove the existing gutter on the southwest side of the main building. • Contractor shall remove and dispose or recycle all debris and old gutters, from the Metro facility. • Contractor shall install and seal closure flashing between the roof and wall. • Contractor shall install new gutters and downspouts with 24 gauge minimum, 8-inch depth, and 8-inch opening. • Contractor shall coordinate with Metro to schedule its work in and around the Metro facilities to not impede or interrupt other facility operations (facility hours for commercial operations are 2:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). This may require the contractor to schedule deliveries, shipments and some work for the hours between 5:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. Metro’s Household Hazardous Waste facility is staffed and operation Monday through Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. • The contractor’s work and equipment staging shall be in the area shown in the drawings. • The contractor shall complete its onsite work within four weeks’ time.
