Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Metro is inviting bids for Executive and Managerial coaching services. Metro is looking to award multiple contracts on an ‘on-call’ basis. These services would support the development of Metro’s leaders, and on occasion, other Metro employees. It is estimated there could be up to five (5) leaders in any given requested basis. • Services will augment support from existing Metro leadership development programs and Human Resources staff. • Metros’ objectives relating to executive coaching include: o Leveraging the individual’s strengths, while encouraging increased shared ownership and accountability for the organization’s success. o Strengthening the individual’s impact, by maximizing their ability to expand influence both internally and externally. o Understanding core strengths, clarifying specific root issues, identifying areas of opportunities, and creating a Development Plan. o Enhancing cross-functional partnering, trust, transparency, and candor to substantially increase the individual’s effectiveness and focus on increasing business and customer impact. o Individual leadership development. o Communicating and working with staff to increase employee performance and engagement. • Contractor(s) tasks shall include Develop coaching plan per leader. o Initial meeting should take place in person, however follow up coaching sessions can take place in person or remotely
