Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to retain an executive search firm to handle the recruitment for the position of Executive Director for AOC. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and serves as the chief executive. The Association anticipates that the firm selected will oversee and coordinate the following phases of the recruitment process, in collaboration with the Board of Directors and staff designee: 1. Development of recruitment strategy 2. Advertising and outreach campaign 3. Candidate screening 4. (Optional) Interview process 5. (Optional) Candidate selection process (references, criminal, driving and job offer) 6. (Optional) Responsible for coordinating all applicant correspondence, recordkeeping, and cost-effective travel arrangements.
