Specifications include, but are not limited to: Executive Recruitment Services for the Office of Chief Operating Officer. 1. Pre-recruitment planning, including: A. Meeting with Metro leadership and stakeholders in advance of a recruitment to understand needs B. Developing a position profile and announcement that includes position duties and requirements and summary-level information about the agency 2. Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for consideration, including: A. Posting recruitments on the firm’s website (in addition to the Metro site) B. Accepting applications for the position(s) C. Effectively sourcing qualified candidates through the use of professional and/or proprietary networks and connections that Metro may not have access to D. Effectively screening candidates, including: i. Conducting an initial interview ii. Conducting an initial background and reference check iii. Presenting a summary of candidate qualifications E. Presenting at least six (6) highly qualified candidates to Metro staff in the specified timeline that meet the agreed upon criteria for further consideration
