Specifications include, but are not limited to: University Objectives. The University seeks a Solution that will accomplish the following objectives: Technology Upgrade. To replace its existing Solution with a streamlined, highly customizable, future-ready solution. Long-term compliance. To implement a Solution that will remain compliant with present and future International, Federal, State and University regulations, without significant additional efforts or costs. Increase productivity. To adopt more efficient processes and workflows in support of delegated administration, account and resource provisioning. Improve auditing and reporting. To increase University’s ability to capture all events and actions performed within the solution, and to provide detailed, customizable reports to administrators. General Description of Desired Functionalities and Components. University is interested in a Solution that offers some or all of the following functionalities: Identity Life Cycle. The Solution controls and maintains the identities of user objects and their corresponding attribute values throughout the object's life cycle. This includes, but it not limited to, provisioning, deprovisioning, attribute updates integrating data from multiple source systems and allowing for the creation of logical rules that dictate source of truth and resolve any data update collisions. The Solution will offer user interfaces for attribute updates, user administration, delegated user administration and self-registration.
