The purpose of a Contract awarded as a result of this RFP will be: 1) To assess, develop, and coach the Executive Leadership team on leading diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility efforts in their own programs and collectively across DHS. 2) To help build Executive Leadership commitment and encourage executives’ desire and confidence to champion and lead strategic changes in DEIA. 3) To prepare and position the Office of Equity and Multicultural Services staff as internal consultants to support and guide the process of each program in advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, developing their own Service Equity Plans, and developing associated metrics. 4) To identify and set timelines, staffing, organizational resources, and accountability to ensure DHS’ DEIA goals are met.
