Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of existing roof assembly and penthouse sector C and D roofs to a clean structural substrate for replacement with a new modified bituminous roof assembly. 2. New roof tie-off anchors. 3. New steel supports at upper penthouse roof levels for security camera supports at level 5. 4. Removal of existing PY panels and associated conduit at West penthouse roof. Alternate 1: provide new capped steel supports for future PY panels. 5. Existing roof drain bodies to be replaced. 6. Addition of new hose bibs for roof maintenance, connected to nearby domestic cold water. 7. Removal of elevator and transformer room indoor and outdoor split system cooling units including all piping and refrigerant lines, condensate pumps, controls, hangers, and supports. 8. New indoor and outdoor split system cooling units and associated piping, refrigerant lines, condensate pumps, controls, hangars and supports. 9. Removal of sheet metal intake enclosure in the southeast wall at sector D. Repair, patch, and paint wall. 10. Removal of electrical connections to elevator room and transformer room indoor and outdoor split system cooling units.
