Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional services to help better understand its current brand reality and to recommend a cohesive branding strategy to be used district wide. A strong brand understanding will be valuable as WES moves forward with its efforts to educate the public on the benefits to the consolidation of its sewer and surface water districts. WES has an interest in clarifying and updating its name and primary branding elements including its logo, tagline and associated graphics. The primary purpose would be to provide branded elements that more accurately, distinctively, dynamically and functionally represent the unique breadth, quality and vitality of the services it provides to the community, its customers and stakeholders. The new brand will need to comply with current Clackamas County style guidelines.
