Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 – If applicable, Phase 1 deliverables include configuring, testing, and implementing of the already established IVR/TTS system. The duration of Phase 1 is anticipated to be approximately three (3) months from Notice to Proceed September 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019. Agency anticipates no costs to be attributed to the Phase 1 implementation as the 511 System is already implemented and should only require minimal work to be compatible and usable with Contractor systems. Phase 2 – Following satisfactory Contractor performance in Phase 1, it is anticipated Agency will issue Contractor a Notice to Proceed for Phase 2 Services. Phase 2 includes: taking phone calls, operating of the IVR/TTS system, monitoring its performance, maintaining high availability of the service, and logging calls, Phase 2 must implemented no later than January 1, 2020. Phase 2 development of the IVT/TTS system would include transitioning the Agency telephone lines to the IVT/TTS system, launching the system into production, establishing a test environment, and providing technical support and maintenance.
