Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. All designs shall comply with the Oregon Structural Specialty Code, Oregon Energy Code requirements, and any other applicable Building Code requirements. ii. Architect shall prepare all application(s) documentation, process and coordinate as required for all agency plan review(s) and permits. Architect and/or sub consultants will physically deliver documents as District’s applicant to all applicable agencies including City of Woodburn Building Department, City of Woodburn Public Works, Marion County Fire Marshal, the Army Corp of Engineers and Department of State Lands, and the Department of Environmental Quality. iii. Architect shall provide the necessary Structural Engineering or other professional/licensed approval as required by the City of Woodburn, for the scope of the project. iv. Architect shall provide the necessary Mechanical and Electrical engineering or other professional/licensed approvals as required for, but not limited to, mechanical, plumbing, fire system modifications, and electrical work in the scope of work. v. Architect shall not assist the District in the selection of furniture.
