Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lane County School District 4J (“District”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide hosting and/or support services for the District’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The District has implemented various Lawson modules to address finance, human resources and purchasing/warehouse functions, and is currently using version 9.0.1 of this software. As noted within this RFP, portions of Lawson have been customized or modified to meet the needs of the District. The District currently contracts with Infor Managed Services for support services and Amazon Web Services for system hosting. These contracts will end on June 30, 2018. As required by District purchasing rules, a new RFP must be issued to seek competitive proposals to provide these services in the future. The intent of this RFP is to issue one or more contracts for hosting and support services.
