Specifications include, but are not limited to: Family Support Services includes an array of community based services for children, youth and families with behavioral health disorders including: Provide self-help peer support services as defined by billing code H0038: peer services and advocacy that contribute to a client’s ability to engage in ongoing treatment such as self-help support groups, drop-in centers, outreach services, education and advocacy. Provide wraparound services ad defined by H2021: community based wraparound (individualized, community based clinical interventions, delivered as an alternative or addition to traditional services that are as likely or more likely to effectively treat a client’s mental health condition. Attend and become a member of child and family teams for specific child/families as assigned by Lane County Child & Adolescent program.
