Specifications include, but are not limited to: WOU contemplates a CRM that will manage interactions with and outreach to admitted and prospective students, families, high school personnel, and community college personnel. The CRM must be configurable to allow for interactions/correspondence and collected data to be tailored to meet attributes or criteria. The CRM will meet the following objectives: • Recruitment and Admissions: The ability to manage and complete student recruiting, admission process in support if undergraduate and graduate programs • Robust Communication Functionality: The ability to offer a variety of methods of communication, supporting personalization and individual preferences, a variety of content types (e.g., audio, video, text, streamlined communications), and effective student response/feedback mechanisms. • Event Management: The ability to record participation in and maintain relationships with those attending events coordinated by Admissions. Annual Business Review: The successful Proposer will be required to have a team of appropriately authorized individuals present to WOU, on a minimum of an annual basis to perform a formal Business Review of the relationship of the parties in the CRM Contract. The Business Review should address all Stakeholders, programs, outstanding issues/resolutions, and all other requirements of the Contract. Contract Administration, Communication and Reporting: Please provide a proposed plan for communication, planning and performance review. WOU is particularly interested in periodic review in addition to a mandatory Annual Business Review, and the manner and process in which decisions and/or recommendations will be made regarding ongoing evaluation of the CRM contract. Taxes. The Contractor will be responsible for all taxes—federal, state, local—and all license fees, or other necessary expenses required for the performance of this Contract.
