The intent or purpose of the project is for the Contractor to design, engineer, fabricate, install, and test a New CNG skid at the SAMTD facility. • The New CNG Station shall have the capability of providing 960 scfm (480 scfm per compressor) @4500 psig of fast fill temperature compensated 3600-psig pressure CNG over an 8 hour period on a daily basis. • During replacement of skid A, skid B will need to remain operational as to allow for fleet fueling during replacement. • The CNG skid must be removed and installed with minimum impact to the normal operations of SAMTD. • The new compressor skids A and B shall have minimum vibration during operations. The vibrations shall be within the acceptable tolerance per API 618. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to meet this requirement. • The New Compressor Skids including, but not limited to, the driver, inter-stage heat exchangers, pulsation vessels, blowdown vessels, liquid separation tanks, filter/ coalescers, gages and related piping and tubing shall be housed in a weatherproof and acoustically lined metal enclosure.
