No repairs shall be performed without prior written approval from a supervisor. Vendor shall provide Tulsa County: All test results on an inspection report, a copy of required insurance coverage, a copy of state license. Vendor must be in compliance with D.O.T. workplace drug testing regulation HQ CFR, Parts 40 and 199 and 40 CFR, Parts 40 and 199. Documentation stated above must be submitted with bid. If there is any conflict between the bid package and information provided on BidNet, the information contained in the bid package will prevail.
