Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The City of Tulsa will collect samples in accordance to the above chart. 2. The successful Laboratory will provide the proper EPA approved containers with preservative, shipping cooler, and labels for each sampling event. The cost of these items including shipping shall be included in the bid as part of the cost. 3. For efficiency and cost effectiveness, the successful laboratory will collaborate with the City of Tulsa concerning the time of month the samples will be routinely collected. 4. The successful laboratory will adhere to the quality control (QC) requirements specified in the methods delineated for each contaminant and any other requirements specified in UCMR4. 5. The successful laboratory is required to post the analytical results and required QC data electronically via the Safe Drinking Water Accession and Review Session (SDWARS) within 120 days of sample collection. The successful laboratory will also provide hard copy of the results, as well as supporting QC results, directly to the City of Tulsa contact person. 6. In the event the successful laboratory produces data that are associated with unacceptable QC data, exceeded holding times or invalid for any other reason; that laboratory shall reanalyze samples at no cost to the City of Tulsa. If the problems are due to errors beyond the control of the laboratory, the City of Tulsa shall submit a resample at their expense. 7. The successful laboratory is obliged to resolve issues associated with the analysis of samples 6 months after shipment of the last sample.
