Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The CMaR will further develop the Project master schedule including integration of A/E design activities, municipal/governmental approvals, preconstruction activities, procurement, construction activities, work performed by other parties, including the Owner's Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment activities, and construction activities as staging, delivery of materials, artwork, etc. 2. Further evaluate all systems, components, and materials for constructability, economy, long- term performance for intended use and schedule impacts, and provide recommendations for preferred options consistent with cost and schedule goals. 3. The CMaR will identify long lead items requiring early proposal packages and recommend issue dates to meet the required Project Schedule. 4. The CMaR will make recommendations regarding temporary construction facilities, equipment, materials, and services for common use by CMaR, its subcontractors, and material suppliers.
