All deliveries are to be shipped pre-paid, FOB Destination to Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, located at 303 W. 1st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103.
The awarded vendor shall prepay all packaging, handling, shipping, and delivery charges and firm prices quoted in the bid shall include all such charges.
Specifications are for identification purposes only. Brands of equal quality, performance, and use shall be considered, however bidder shall indicate on the bid form if they are bidding equivalent item(s) and shall list each variation from the provided specifications as well provide any applicable sketches, descriptive literature, and/or complete specifications with their bid. The final decision on equivalency shall be at the sole discretion of Tulsa County.
