Specifications include, but are not limited to: Architectural and engineering services for the Wood County Justice Center Piping Project. The Wood County Justice Center is a 224 bed facility located at 1960 East Gypsy Lane Road, Bowling Green, Ohio. It was first occupied in 1990 with an expansion to add 60 minimum security beds and remodeling of two dorms completed in 2016. This facility is operated by Mark Wasylyshyn, Wood County Sheriff. The piping is original to this building estimated to be installed in 1989. The project will consist of replacing five Air Handling Units (AHUs) and three energy recovery units (ERUs) as well as hot and chilled water piping replacement located on the second floor mechanical room.
