Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide University employees with the opportunity to purchase a ½ share or full share of a CSA. Origin of food must be located within 30 miles of Baker University Center, Athens OH. The CSA is to last a minimum of 17 weeks and a maximum of 22 weeks. The CSA is to be a seasonal summer program, beginning no earlier than May 11, 2018 and ending no later than October 26, 2018. Participants must be provided with a regular pick-up day, preferably Thursday or Friday. The weekly provisions should include a variety of vegetables, with general guidance about what vegetables to expect prior to committing to participation. Preference will be given to a program that can give add-on options for local eggs, milk and cheese. The program must be able to support up to 50 participants in any given year. WellWorks cannot make any guarantees regarding participation numbers.
