Specifications include, but are not limited to: o The agency seeks the assistance of an expert/consultant to co-develop and provide inperson and virtual professional development training curriculum for teacher leadership around the topics of building/sustaining relationships among stakeholders, effective communication, and data literacy. The initial training will be offered to a select cohort of teacher leaders selected from an applicant pool with the intention of eventually pursuing a train-the-trainer model.) o The offeror must have extensive and expert experience delivering teacher leadership training and professional development in partnership with national and/or state education agencies and constituents. o Provide in-person and virtual professional development training curriculum for teacher leadership around the topic of building/sustaining relationships among stakeholders, effective communication, and data literacy o Provide consultation and professional learning adaptation as needed to the Ohio Department of Education o Provide sustainable professional learning for future training after initial training to build Ohio’s teacher leader network and develop a “train-the-trainer” network o Travel to in-person meetings and or requested consultations, as needed o Develop an Ohio teacher leader curriculum responsive to the unique needs of Ohio’s educational landscape. Including, but not limited to, researching the specific needs of Ohio and creating a training that is relevant to those specific needs. o In-person face-to-face sessions 2/5/2020, 3/11/2020, and 5/12/2020 o Develop and deploy an Ohio teacher leader curriculum responsive to the unique needs of Ohio’s educational landscape
