Specifications include, but are not limited to: 24-Hour Emergency Telephone Coverage. A single and separate dedicated telephone line is required for 24-Hour emergency telephone calls to police, sheriff, and fire usage only. The ensuing contractor shall receive calls from the police, sheriff and/or fire departments if situations warrant such calls. As directed by the police, sheriff or fire departments, the ensuing contractor will provide them with the appropriate information needed regarding LMHA contracts. 2.2 After-Hours Telephone Coverage. The after-hours telephone lines are for resident concerns and/or urgent matters that require an LMHA staff member’s response. The ensuing contractor shall be responsible for receiving and dispatching emergencies and other after-hours calls at the close of each business day, including weekends, along with LMHA designated holidays and any planned or unplanned closings.
