Specifications include, but are not limited to:A/E Services to prepare plans and specifications to modernize twenty-two (22) kitchens and re-design and modernization twenty-two (22) bathrooms at OH5-12A AMP 4, Smithville-Monarch Apartments. The scope of work involves the complete modernization of 22 kitchens and re-design and modernization of 22 bathrooms at the Smithville property. The scope of work shall include but is not be limited to the installation of new kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucets, sinks, GFCI circuits, lighting, new appliances, range hoods, replacement of flooring materials, redesign of bathroom floorplan to incorporate sink/shower/water closet in same enclosed area, new shower/tub surrounds, water closets, towel bars, sinks, vanities, medicine cabinets etc. The A/E scope involves providing field measurements, the development of detailed specifications and construction documents, participating in the bid phase, award phase, pre-construction conference, contract administration and warranty phase of the project. The A/E is required to conduct weekly field visits, publish field reports, attend weekly project meetings and prepare minutes of all meetings and such like project documentation.
