Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Statewide Administration:1.Oversee all aspects of OhioKAN implementationand administration, including program development, regional oversight, technical assistance, fiscal operations, and evaluation of the program.2.Administer the monthly billing, invoicing, and payment to the ten (10)OhioKAN regions.3.Coordinate with ODJFS to facilitate Statewide Advisory Council activities and subcommittees.4.Provide presentations at conferences and meetings.5.Maintain sub award agreementswith each Navigator site.B.Workforce:1.Maintain at a minimum, a statewide Program Director and Program Coordinator.2.Maintain ten (10) Regional Directors and Regional Coordinators.3.Ensure sufficient staffing of Coaches and Navigators regionally to meet the population being served.4.Ensure all staff have access to the resources needed to meet their job duties.C.Training:1.Ensure all staff are trained according to the training curriculum.2.Update training curriculum based upon results of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).3.Ensure staff receivenecessary trainings to provide services that aretrauma informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate for the populations being served.4.Ensure that Learning Communities are being held as indicated by the program model.5.Outreach and education to public and private agencies to increase their knowledge of the needs of kinship and adoptive families.
