Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The resolution of the orthophotography images is at least 1 pixel = 6-inch (0.5 ft), higher image resolution, such as 1 pixel = 3-inch, is preferred. Image files are to be delivered in full color (24 bit, RGB bands) files. Additionally, accessibility of the images over the Internet is highly desirable. b. The orthophotography images are fully integrated with ESRI software platform. c. The orthophotography images must meet the National Map Accuracy standards for 1” =100’ base mapping d. Orthophotography images are seamlessly compiled and radiometrically corrected. e. Downtown building leans are corrected to allow the visibility of pavement and sidewalk in downtown area f. Orthophoto images must overlay with all existing 1” =100’ CAGIS planimetric data layers. g. Availability of more frequent flyover and historic flyover images are highly desirable.
