Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deliver services that comply with PRWORA State Disbursement Unit provisions through highly automated, “next-generation” services. • Provide consolidated payment collection services to payors and to the employer community responsible for processing income withholding obligations, including electronic remittance solutions such as corporate EFT/EDI and Internet-based billing and payment; • Enhance the efficiency of payment processing to expedite “throughput” and “turnaround time” associated with the federal requirement for the State to process all support payments; and, • Provide comprehensive audit and oversight functions, including stringent State of Ohio, Board of Deposit governance procedures.
