Use this information to create an account for each user and email that user their temporary password so that they can log into the system. Every year, each municipality will need to register their portal users by January 31. There will need to be proof that each user has been verified (e.g., checkbox, change of status). One user can update other user’s certification. A reminder email will automatically be sent to the users on a pre-determined date (which can be modified) to certify their information. For those who have not certified after x days, additional email reminders are sent out (e.g., after two weeks, reminders are sent every 3 days until municipality has certified) Each portal user will have access to view, upload, enter, download and exchange information based on their assigned municipality. The user may only see information pertaining to the municipality with which the user is associated.
