Specifications include, but are not limited to: I. Contact the Litter Control Unit at the start of each work week by 10:00 a.m. to discuss the week's work and the phases of the job. The Contractor must have a competent person in charge of the work at all times to whom the Litter Control Unit may issue directives and who is authorized to accept and immediately act upon such directions. The Supervisor of the Department of Public Services' Litter Control Unit is the sole City coordinator on these jobs and the Contractor shall follow only his/her directives. 2.Take digital date/time stamped "before" pictures(s) of the property, immediately prior to starting work. 3.Provide traffic control when needed, including the use of appropriate signage and coning. Contractor shall adhere to all traffic control safety measures for the safety of pedestrians and automobiles in the right of way. Traffic patterns established along the Interstate mowing areas must be in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation Manual for Uniform Traffic Devices. 4.Pick up and dispose of litter immediately before trimming and mowing.
