Specifications include, but are not limited to: Broker shall design and market such policies of insurance as may be required by RTA, including negotiating rates and coverages as are agreed upon by RTA. Broker shall also perform any required administration of the Property and Casualty Risk Management Program, including, but not limited to, the following functions: a) Assist in handling all correspondence and inquiries regarding the property and casualty risk management program; b) Assist in establishing such policy limits and deductibles as Authority determines to be in its best interest; c) Maintain and review all of RTA’s insurance policies, certificates, applications, and schedules of values; d) Prepare and deliver all policies and certificates issued to others; e) Prepare or review insurance specifications to be used in agreements and contracts
