Specifications include, but are not limited to: DRY SYSTEMS Testing shall include a two (2) inch drain test, an inspector’s test, and a dry pipe trip test. Each test shall be performed once during April and October. Any alarms associated with the system shall also be tested at the time the tests are conducted. Test results shall be "tagged" on each system, and a copy of the results sent to the Superintendent of Parking. WET SYSTEMS The dry pipe trip test shall not be required. All other test shall be conducted. Maintenance systems shall include replacement of Fire Department connector caps. Vendor shall maintain a supply of sprinkler heads (minimum of 5) at each facility along with a set of gaskets for valves.
