Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Planning and Procurement 1. Project management plan documents and work break down structure 2. Develop a Risk Management Plan 3. Develop and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) process for AMI System from inception to Notice to Proceed (NTP) 4. Assist in the development of AMI project budgets B. Design 1. Assist in the development of an implementation strategy 2. Advise the county on system functional and technical designs 3. Create, implement, and direct quality assurance procedures for implementation teams 4. Define and implement system audit to ensure required performance levels are met 5. Develop and maintain detailed deployment schedule in conjunction with AMI installation contractor
