Specifications include, but are not limited to: Number of Fire Pumps: Total of eight (8) fire pumps. There are six (6) Electric and two (2) Diesel fire pumps. Location of Fire Pumps: Three (3) fire pumps are in the Airport Terminal. One (1) in each of the following: Concourse A, Concourse B and Main Terminal. Five (5) fire pumps are in the Pump House. Test Standard: All test(s) shall comply with the National Fire Protection Association, State of Ohio, and Local standards. Reports: Contractor will supply a testing report for each fire pump to the Department of Aviation’s Divisions of Fire and Operations/Maintenance. The report(s) shall include, but not limited to, all details concerning the fire pump test, i.e. date, place, type of pump, psi, pump readings and other information required by the City’s Department of Aviation. Miscellaneous: Any and all fire pump deficiencies shall be documented in written form and submitted to the City. Should service(s) and repair(s) are required, a written quote detailing all service(s) and repair(s) shall be submit for approval by the City prior to commencement of work. Date(s) of Testing: The Department of Aviation’s Division of Operations/Maintenance will coordinate the scheduling for the Fire Pump testing. At this time, no delays are expected.
