Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. 3 - 7.5 ton Trane, Carrier, Bryant, or Rheem condensing units 2. 3 – 7.5 ton Trane, Carrier, Bryant, or Rheem air handlers 3. 3 – New line sets adequate for units above must be insulated for entire run ( size determined by run ) 4. New curbs for condenser units ( total of 3 ) 5. Flashed in Plate style rail system ( for 3 Units ) 6. 3 - New thermostats and control wire 7. 3 – new electrical disconnects ( not mounted on units must be on a metal rack system ) 8. Secondary drain pans under new air handlers with cutoff switches; 1. Remove refrigerant from existing units ( per EPA regulations ) 2. Remove and dispose of old units 3. Install all 3 complete units and equipment to operate properly 4. Remove and reinstall ceiling tile and grid as needed 5. Any modification to building must be weather tight 6. Modification to Air ducts as needed ( to hook into existing system ) 7. Tie into condensate drains 8. Start up and go through a complete operation test.
