Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City expects the successful offeror to act as an insurance broker for the organization and help arrange various types of coverage with insurance carriers. The primary responsibilities of the successful offeror will include the administration of the renewal process for Aggregate Stop Loss and Specific Stop Loss Medical and Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Programs, as well as the coordination of periodic plan briefings for the benefit of City Management and Carriers. In addition to furnishing insurance brokerage services, the City is looking for a service provider that can act as consult in support of health and wellness program needs. The successful offeror will be a critical component of a Health and Wellness Steering Committee comprised of City administration, staff Wellness Committee leadership, the excess medical carrier, and an outside wellness consultant.
