Ability to deliver high-quality services at a competitive price D. Ability to integrate and share specified data with multiple third-party Contractors, and data warehouse, including but not limited to: 1. Various claims data (e.g. biometric data, health risk assessment data, etc.) 2. Health Savings Account incentive funding E. Strategic account management team that proactively suggests solutions and regularly communicates with the State of Ohio team. F. Offeror commitments with performance guarantees that define the Contractor’s promises and the State of Ohio’s expectations G. Transparency within the entire organization openly reflecting the way the Contractor conducts its business H. Documentable cost-containment activities I. Reporting that includes a broad range of operational and financial metrics (e.g. program participation, trends/ROI, demographics, etc.)
