Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Develop, implement, and sustains of an EM program at the State level and subordinate installations/facilities within the State; period of performance begins on or about November 15, 2019 to June 30, 2020, and two possible renewal periods extending to 30 September 2022.•Develop and maintain, State JFHQ, all hazard emergency response plans.Coordinate with local, state, federal agency emergency managers to ensure EM plans are mutually supported and properly integrated.•Provide guidance in the organization of command and staff relationships with regards to EM; guidance in the establishment of a functional State Emergency Management Working Group (EMWG).•Provide representative to the EMWG, when requested, and be responsible for the State Management in all emergency planning, coordination, and integration within the State.•Analysis in the development and dissemination of EM plans, supplemental guidance, and mandatory standards for protecting OHARNG installations/ facilities,activities and operations related to preparing for, mitigating the potential effects of,preventing, responding to, and recovering from all multi-agency and/or multi-jurisdictional emergencies on or impacting OHARNG installations and facilities.
