Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Remove the building and foundation to a minimum of two (2) feet below final grade. 2 Remove the yard walks and steps. 3 Back fill the basement with clean earth or rubble fill. Spread an average of six (6") inches of clean earth over the rubble fill. 4 Grade the lot to conform to existing contours, unless otherwise specified. 5 Close opening in wall at steps with stone set in mortar. Provide weep holes at base and back fill with gravel. 6 Take necessary steps to protect the adjoining property. 7 Remove all trash, rubbish, weeds, and brush from the entire site. (Protect all large mature trees and remove dead trees) 8 Spread seed and straw in accordannce with the standard specifications over 6" of clean earth that is free of rocks and rubbish. 9 Contractor may be required to provide a Waste Shipment Record for any asbestos the contractor has had removed under the contract. Affidavit of Original or Sub-Contractor (Labor and Material) Purchasing Form 66, shall include demolition debris disposal and name of approved demolition debris disposal site. Disposal receipts and/or proof of lawful disposal must be provided to the City upon request.
