Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ohio Development Services Agency (ODSA), Office of Community Assistance (OCA), Energy Section, is soliciting competitive proposals (Proposals) from qualified bidders (Applicants) to provide coordinator/facilitator expertise related to an industrial energy efficiency program. The selected Applicant will coordinate its work with ODSA and Ohio Center for Industrial Energy Efficiency (OCIEE). The OCIEE is a consortium of utility and industry leaders who have a vested interest in energy efficiency best practices utilized by Ohio manufacturers and other major energy users. This is accomplished by providing energy efficiency Best Practice training; sponsorship and a vendor booth as well as a concurrent session; and supporting the ODSA’s Energy Efficiency Program for Manufacturers. The mission of OCIEE, as directed by ODSA, is to assist in supporting and co-sponsoring education and training around best practice techniques for technical and production employees of Ohio manufacturers and major energy users in Ohio that will help to improve the competitiveness of Ohio industry through increased energy efficiency, reduced operating costs, and improved environmental performance. These activities will be in direct support of the ODSA’s Energy Efficiency Program (EEP).
