Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Ziegler Avenue Area Water Line Improvements (Project 690236-100096). This project provides the replacement of 12,955 linear feet of water main, including fire hydrants and 6 water taps in the Far South community area. 6, 8, and 12-inch mains will be replacing the existing mains. Assume the construction phase is 365 days. The estimated construction cost is $3,600,000. 2. Fountain Square Stormwater System Improvement (Project 610050-100000). This project involves the construction of stormwater improvements along the Morse Rd service road in front of the Fountain Square shopping center and ODNR entrance drive. The project area is generally bounded by Heaton Rd, Morse Rd, Cleveland Ave, and Belcher Dr. and will be located in public right of way and easements. This project is being undertaken to mitigate street flooding along the Morse Rd service road in front of the Fountain Square shopping center and ODNR entrance drive. It will also establish flood routing for the project area. The project will include approximately 3,650 feet of 12-inch through 48-inch storm sewer, 960 feet of 6-foot by 8-foot concrete box culvert, 182 feet of 6-foot by 12-foot concrete box culvert, 22 manholes, 3 catch basins, 3 endwall/headwalls, utility relocation, pavement replacement, and restoration. The project is scheduled to advertise for bid in August 2020, with Notice to Proceed in January 2021 and completion of construction in January 2022. There will be a one year warranty period. The estimated construction cost is $4,000,000. 3. Circuit 30 Street Lighting Improvement Upgrade (Project 670871-100000). This project will replace the existing streetlight Circuit 30. The project generally includes approximately 180 lights on Nelson Road between Broad Street and Leonard Avenue and the existing neighborhood to the west of Nelson Road. The replacement project will replace all the lights on the circuit, including post top acorn lights in the neighborhood and cobra head lights on Nelson Road. The new project will separate the existing circuit into two separate circuits: one with overhead lights and one with underground lights. The estimated cost of construction is $1,200,000.
