Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, verification of existing conditions, cutting and patching, removals, etc., as required to complete repairs and replacement to/and of the renovation of existing units for the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, and other work as indicated on the Drawings and in these Specifications The work includes demolition, architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical items indicated in the project general notes and schedules. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists but not limited to the following: 1. Metal-framed interior walls shall be repaired and replaced as required. 2. New gypsum board shall be provided where required throughout the unit. 3. New gypsum board wall sheathing shall be provided and installed at new wall partitions. 4. New windows/security screens and doors shall be provided to match existing, where required. 5. New paint shall be applied to all interior walls and ceilings. 6. Flooring shall be removed down to substrate and replaced, where indicated. 7. Existing damaged millwork shall be replaced per specifications. 8. All doors/frames, closet shelving, windows, and window treatments shall be replaced one-for-one, as required. 9. Hot water/fin tube heating shall be provided/installed throughout the unit. 10.All new plumbing shall be provided for the bathrooms and kitchen. 11. New plumbing fixtures shall be provided/installed in the bathrooms. 12. The existing service will remain and new electric meters and panels shall be provided. 13. New wiring and receptacles shall be provided throughout the unit. 14. New power feeds shall be provided for all new proposed equipment
