Franklin County Children Services (Children Services and/or FCCS) is seeking proposals for all levels of paid placement services: Respite Care, Crisis Nurseries as defined in OAC 5101:2-9-36, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Residential Facility as defined in OAC 5101:2-1-01, Foster Care (traditional & treatment), Community Based Foster Care (utilizing the Neighbor to Family Sibling Foster Care Model), Professional Foster Parents, Emergency Shelter Care (ESC), Residential Treatment, and Group Homes. Specific requirements for each paid placement type are outlined in Part II of the RFP document. Each type of placement service requires a separate proposal response.
