The awarded Bidder shall be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive engagement and analysis process that includes, but is not limited to, the following components: 1. Work Plan and Methodology Submit a detailed Work Plan outlining the approach, methodology, and schedule to accomplish the end deliverables. Identify strategies to obtain input from a broad range of stakeholders, including, educators, parents, students, and community partners. Incorporate data collection tools such as focus groups, workshops, and online surveys to capture representative feedback. 2. Stakeholder Insight Sessions Conduct structured Stakeholder Insight Sessions to capture diverse perspectives and ensure inclusive participation. The sessions shall address the following areas: Student voice and experience; Educator input; Parent and guardian engagement; and Leadership and administrative feedback. 3. Collaboration with CPS Leadership Work collaboratively with the CPS Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to align project activities with the District’s strategic direction. Participate in meetings with the Local School Decision-Making Committees (LSDMCs) to integrate feedback and support coordinated budget planning efforts. 4. Department Deep Dive Strategy Retreats for each department develop focused plans PGSM Performance Goals, Strategies, Metric defined Budget Alignment to ensure resources matched to strategic priorities 5. Budget Refinment & Public Input Budget review including internal balancing and adjustments Public hearing such as community feedback sessions Vendor collaboration with continuous plan development and refinement
