Specifications include, but are not limited to:The scope of work represents an oversight role, where the selected candidate will be responsible for working with the System Integrator (SI) to ensure the SI executes the Contract entered into between the State of Ohio, ODOT and the SI. The candidate will be supported by State of Ohio, as well as additional consultant resources to oversee the work performed by the SI. The chosen candidate must have prior experience leading large-scale, complex ERP implementations. Experience leading PeopleSoft implementations (version 9.x) is preferred. Additionally, experience with implementing Taleo and Tririga considered a bonus. Contractor Requirements1.Mandatory Requirement: a. 10+ years of ERP project management experience b. 5+ years of Management Consulting experience c. 4 year college degree or equivalent 2. Preferred Requirement: a. Active PMP Certification b. 5+ years of PeopleSoft project management implementation experience c. 5+ years of PeopleSoft Financials experience d. 5+ years of public sector experience e. Taleo and Tririga experience f. Department of Transportation experience
